Upscale Caterer, Crave Culinaire, Announces Promotion of David Orochena to Executive Chef

Bonita Springs, Florida, October 29th, 2020– Southwest Florida caterer, Crave Culinaire, announces that Chef David Orochena has been promoted to Executive Chef earlier this month. The caterer, known for pushing the boundaries when it comes to creating delectable dishes for any occasion, offers a number of services for small gatherings, virtual and hybrid events with its sister company, Virtual Venue Naples, to help save celebrations in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Getting his start at the young age of 14, Orochena discovered his love for cooking at his vocational high school. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Orochena’s love for cooking and creating never wavered as he explored the culinary scene in his native Chicago, New York and now Florida. Entering his third season with Crave Culinaire, Orochena has been promoted from Executive Sous Chef to Executive Chef, as he continues to discover new ways and methods for creating exciting and enticing cuisine. When he’s not busy in the kitchen, Orochena enjoys spending time with his wife and colleague, Katie, their son and two dogs, exploring new places and working on their home.

Chef Brian speaks about Orochena’s new role and why he’s the perfect fit.

Orochena is also excited about his new position and speaks about how he’s grown with Team Crave.
